In 2024… who doesn’t need therapy after the past few years we’ve had? To some that could mean talk therapy and for others that could mean working through a life crisis. My past experience includes- Crisis Social Work, Substance Abuse, Mental Health- Anxiety, Depression, Domestic Violence, PTSD, ADHD, BPD, dual diagnosis, Geriatrics. I have passion and experience working with first responders/ front line workers. EMDR trained.

Casey Wheeler, LMSW
Hello, my name is Casey Wheeler and I am Licensed Master Social Worker that has been in the field for the last 20 plus years. I am located in Penfield and working with clients in person and via telehealth. I specialize in working with individuals and families that are struggling with depression, anxiety, and relationship and family issues. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Strength Based Therapy with understanding my client’s feelings and progress towards their goals. I work with clients where they are at and work towards their goals.
Celia Zielinski, LMSW
My expertise lies in supporting individuals/families that are faced with challenges due to depression, anxiety, autism, learning differences, school concerns, boundary setting, emotional regulation, etc. My therapeutic approach can vary based on client needs. I often utilize elements of DBT, mindfulness, solution focused and strength-based practices. I incorporate humor, empathy, and positive regard to build a strong rapport within those first few sessions.
